Filter Media

The In-Line filters have a proprietary media consisting of a high quality micro-glass. This allows for excellent beta ratio efficiencies and large dirt holding capacities. The media is covered with polymer or metallic for adaptation with low or high collapse filter applications. All media meets industry standards of a Beta 200 or better, with as low as 1-micron filtration accuracy.

Media Pleating Techniques

The proprietary pleating technology reduces fiber breaks and ensures filtration integrity.

Media Welding Techniques

Elements are ultrasonically welded to guarantee the highest quality seal, while eliminating unnecessary glues that re-enter hydraulic systems under pressure.

End Caps and Assembly

End caps are comprised of high quality aluminum, providing the filters with excellent longevity and durability characteristics, which can see pressures up to 6000 PSU. The end caps are machined or stamped within precise and strict tolerances, and are sealed with a high temperature epoxy meeting ISO standard classifications.

Gasket Material

O-ring seal gaskets are made of the highest quality butyl rubber, which fits securely into our precision end caps. For more reactive and abrasive applications, Viton seals are available across the entire Filtroil Product Line.

Each individual filter is distinctly numbered and labeled with a Filtroil, Inc. (FNA) part and our toll-free telephone number.

Individual Packaging and Labeling

Filtroil filters are packaged and labeled individually and securely wrapped in protective plastic to shield the element from contamination during shipping and storage.
