WATER/GLYCOL FILTRATION UNITS
Filtroil’s dedicated by-pass filtration systems help you preserve and maintain your hydraulic system by filtering efficiently down to 0.1 micron. This filtration accuracy will allow you to prevent failures on pumps, servo valves, proportional valves, and cylinders. Filtroil will maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness 2 to 5 grades cleaner than brand new oil, dramatically extending the life of the oil while removing tramp oil.
Hydraulic systems in the Die Cast Industry that use fire resistant water glycol hydraulic oils
can use our nickel plated or anodized units that will not corrode with use. These units would
be installed with a shut off valve and pressure compensated flow control valve bleeding
off a small amount of oil, filtering the fluid and returning it back to the system reservoir.
