Filtroil has kept engines clean for over 20 years with its by-pass filtration systems. In
2010 we a are proud to introduce the patented Extender series engine oil filters with
a no spill, easy to retrofit spin on design that has the same benefits as depth filtration.
Traditional in-line filtration is in the nominal 10 to 40 micron range and does not retain
moisture. The Extender series engine oil filters down to ½ to 1 micron absolute and
will absorb large amounts of finer particles as well as moisture. This will allow for
extended oil drains and much longer component life. This same design can be applied
for gas engines, diesel engines, hydraulics and transmissions. The benefits are
environmentally friendly and can be incorporated successfully into any sustainability
initiative.
